So i had a complete stranger give me indirect advice in a weird way....I dont know this woman i had never met her before, as akward as i should of felt being in the middle of nowhere talking to a complete stranger i didnt, i was well...weird. She was an older woman in her 50's maybe been married for 30 something years. I dont even know how we got to talking, i just helped her put stuff in her carm which was random in itself. She asked if i think you keep an old piece of furniture around wether you like it or not just because its old and your used to it. That was it, after that we both left. Think about it, how much crap do you have that everytime you clean your room you just clean up and put back away even tho its completly useless and takes up space. You just cant come to throw it out even knowing you'll never use it and it doesnt benifit you at all. You keep it because your used to it. Same can be said for relationships. So after a 4 hour drive home after this i thought about it allot. Why do i keep crap i dont need or use around? I really did go home and clean my room and threw out a ton of junk. Some of it might of had sentimental value but really...wtf am i going to do with a t-shirt with a bunch of names on it sitting in a ball in my closet? After that i decided to look at the people i surround myself with compared to the people i used to surround my self with. Obviously i can see the ones that have been here from the start, but its funny how theres repeat on and off people. I think ive become really good at sperating the bullshit from the true. |

same shit diffrent day....
1.Colchester isnt a town, its a village
2.It is a hole, you go downhil to get into it and uphill to get out.
3.Gas prices are rediculous.
4.Its been raining for 2 weeks straight.

Looking into lowering kit 3/5 or 4/5....probably no diffrence of an inch in the front end anyway.My trucks stock suspension is pretty high 5 inches in the back will sit it lower but not to low.
Rims. Ive looked at so many and the only ones i want are black saleen or cobra mustang wheels. 17" i wont settle for anything less...Im saving money and for my b-day ill be getting them. |

edit: light bars
passenger side light glows purple/pink...need to dye the lense red.
driver side light cracked becasue i mounted it under the clutch and it got pinched

-Finished painting knobs, inside cup holders,side shark vent and offset vent.
Had to remove everything sand by hand three times and wet sand the third. Sprayed several layers of red paint. Everything came out perfect, nice colormatched red and glossy. Considering doing the radio bezel next.
-installed neon light bars for footwells. Connected the lights to the fog light switch everything works. Opened the bezel, cut the hot wire going to the fog lamp switch, spliced my neon wires into it. Grounded neons to sperate grounds, and then hid all the extra wires. Need to go back and solder everything to make it tight and permenent. May have to get 12" bars instead of the 6"'s i have no (lights to dim) |

I hate this hole...colchester it really is a hole,think about it... You go down hill to get to it, and uphill to leave it, HOLE. If there was someone worth staying for thatd be one thing but theres not,times have changed. I cant wait to be out of here or have reason to stay. |

Minor things. New steering wheel cover, shift knob problem fixed. Working on my l.e.d. knob. It'll take some time i still need to bore it out some and send it to get chrome plated.
New 'race' pedels on and looking good.
Got a new switch for my floor lights. Wired up pretty easy, just need to go soder the wires up nice and tight and wrap everything up and put in a new in-line fuse.

Looked at rims and tires...really really want a set of replic saleen mustang 5 pony wheels; black polished. Red on black will look good. 17" wheels on low pros.
Got my eye out for totaled mustang i can part out some interior stuff. Seats and dash possibly. |

Portfolio for my truck... exciting...
12/25/05
Stock shift knob, removed. Ford glues and presses the knob onto the spliced shift arm. Was a huge pain in the ass to get off. Wound up cutting the arm itself. New red 'speed seris' knob is on.
(2)6" neon light bar installed. Each footwell. Ran 12 guage wire from the the battery through the rubber gromet for the hood cable. Couldnt find any open holes through the firewall, so this was a good idea. Ran the wire to the switch in the floor console and both live neon wires to the other prong on the switch. All grounds, grounded as well. Button turns lights on and off. Looks really really good at night.
Stock logo removed on grill, looks cleaner.

Ive got the window tint, dont wanna do it yet cause its to cold out, do it right do it once. Need to order the new mesh grill inserts and toneu cover...
starting off with one sub because theres almost no room behind the seats, its a small 10" kicker behind teh driver seat. The box is specifically made for the ranger single cabs. It should look good.

Not sure what ill do for tires and wheels yet. I was thinking maybe black metalic rims on low pro's hmm |

damn the roads where bad tonight, i spun three times before my tires even hit the side of the road, took out a fence...in my new truck...I shoulda been pissed, but i laughed. The first thing that came to mind as i was backwards in a ditch on top a nice white fence was that song by chris cagle 'cause the chicks dig it' it made me laugh, i thought well i hit the fence at least i missed the mailbox and barn haha. I got out alright, and didnt mess my new truck up. But i found it slightly bizare that i laughed at the situation. owell its all good 'cause the chicks dig it' |
